
Life Insurance Corporation handed over dividend cheque of Rs 3,662.17 crore to Finance Minister. Cheque was presented by Siddhartha Mohanty, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of LIC to the finance minister in the presence of M P Tangirala, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Finance.
In a landmark recognition of India’s growing leadership in the global fight against money laundering and terrorist financing, Shri Vivek Aggarwal, presently Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Culture, has been elected and appointed Vice-President of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
